Dunia Pasternak
Mrs. Pasternak is President of PG Public Services. She started PG Public Services in 2003 on the premise that companies needed to gain control of their technology implementations. Mrs. Pasternak has a background in helping companies improve their back-office operations. She manages the marketing, financial, and other administrative functions of PG Public Services on a day-to-day basis. Mrs. Pasternak holds a MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute; Marketing and Finance concentrations, and a BS in Economics from Leicester Universtity in the UK. Mrs. Pasternak was born in Iraq and is fluent in Arabic.
Kyle Pasternak

Mr. Pasternak is Managing Director of PG Public Services. Mr. Pasternak has over 20 years of business experience, including eBusiness strategies formulation for financial services institutions, web-enabled application development for manufacturing, transportation, and government institutions. Prior to starting the PG Public Services, Mr. Pasternak held a leadership position in Sapient's Personal Financial Services Practice. Prior to Sapient, Mr. Pasternak lead a technology consulting practice for a Virginia-based Internet startup that was later acquired by Commerce One. Mr. Pasternak also spent 9 years as a management consultant with Arthur D. Little, Inc. in Cambridge, MA. There he was responsible for leading teams in IT strategy formulation, operations assessment and business process redesign for Fortune 500 clients. Mr. Pasternak began his career as an Industrial Engineer for United Parcel Service. Mr. Pasternak holds a Masters in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.

Frank Ojeda

Mr. Ojeda is a Director with PG Public Services, LLC. Mr. Ojeda has over 17 years business and public service experience, advising clients on analyzing operations to guide proper planning and implementation of technology solutions. Mr. Ojeda is an experienced facilitator, team leader, and practitioner in conceptualizing and modeling operations. His industry expertise is concentrated in public services, specifically homeland security and manufacturing outreach programs. Prior to joining PG Public Services Mr. Ojeda spent 12 years at BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) as a management consultant. Mr. Ojeda held a range of responsibilities across Federal civilian and defense agencies designing and delivering industry outreach programs, program management, and business process analyses to support requirements development on large system integration efforts.

Patrick Thomas

Mr. Thomas is a Director for PG Public Services, LLC. He has proven the ability to lead teams as a dedicated project management and federal enterprise architecture professional with over 19 years experience. He has served private and public services clients in resolving multifaceted operational, financial, and technical issues. In addition, Mr. Thomas is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) experienced with large scale transformation and management issues in challenging environments. Prior to joining PG Public Services, Mr. Thomas was a Senior Manager with BearingPoint, Inc. where he worked on a variety of projects for many complex programs and organizations. He was recently the lead for the US based PMO for a large international transformation program; was the lead for the program management office for the fulfillment of the DHS Operation Safe Commerce Phase II and III grants for the PANYNJ; was the Enterprise Business Architect for the CBP Automated Customs Environment team who re-wrote the strategic plan to better align efforts to support the DHS mission; and, was the lead for the transformation of the tracking/management tools and processes used to administer the $4.5B HUD HOPE VI program.

Mr. Gertz is a Director for PG Public Services, LLC. He is a strong strategic thinker and team builder, he is a dedicated project management professional with 17 years experience specializing in management of complex technical and business process improvement projects. A proven leader with a track record of growing the business, Mr. Gertz is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) experienced with large scale cross-border program startup and management issues. Mr. Gertz's recent experience includes managing the Business Operations Transformation Program Office for a large Consulting Firm, and establishing a modern program management capability for the Ministry of Interior for a large Mid-Eastern Government. Other recent consulting clients include the U.S. Army Recruiting and Human Resource Commands.

Tim Kilroy

Mr. Kilroy is a Director with PG Public Services. He has over 13 years of work experience consulting for the public and private sectors primarily in the Homeland Security and Financial Service fields. He has extensive experience guiding clients to make IT investments based on well conceptualized business needs. He is an experienced facilitator who has used these skills to guide successful business process modeling and re-engineering efforts in preparation for large scale IT investments. Prior to joining PG Public Services, he worked to conceptualize and build a solution for the securitization of our critical transportation infrastructure by integrating federal intelligence and private data sources. Mr. Kilroy provided enterprise architecture oversight for numerous engagements including the highly visibleTSA airline passenger screening system, Secure Flight. Mr. Kilroy worked as a facilitator and enterprise architect for Open Enterprise corporation, integrating the financial and fulfillment systems of the eighty five independent businesses merged and acquired to form Thomson Financial Services.

Scott Huddle

Mr. Huddle is an Associate Director at PG Public Services. Mr. Huddle has over 20 years of business experience helping clients to understand and analyze their business problems by focusing on data driven decision-making. His technology background is concentrated in telecommunications, Internet networking, and enterprise systems.
Prior to joining PG Public Services, Mr. Huddle ran his own technology and management consulting practice, SRH Consulting LLC, focused on analytical framework development and analysis, technical due diligence, competitive research, S.W.O.T. analysis, strategic development, marketing evaluations, usability assessments, benchmarking and best practices comparisons for Digital Media, Communications, and Telecommunications firms. Prior to SRH Consulting, Mr. Huddle was the Director of Technology Strategy at MCI Telecommunications, later acquired by Verizon. Mr. Huddle had a number of positions at MCI in his 12-year career there including working as an engineer for the launch of their first commercial Internet service and working as analyst for MCI’s Venture Fund. Mr. Huddle began his career as a software developer at Virginia Tech. Mr. Huddle holds a BA in Economics from Virginia Tech.
Mr. Huddle is a published author on the field on Internet interconnection and holds two patents, one on a method and process for developing a settlement based interconnect agreement for Internet networks and the other on a communications system for Internet based radio.
